In the first week of March, we set out on a long trip to Nepal for a “spirituality-meets-science” gathering. The trip was challenging, inspiring, and full of special moments.
Mitochondria and Brain Health
Exercise is good for us. Being sedentary is not.
Humans have known this for hundreds of years, but we’re still untangling the mysteries of why and how. What role do mitochondria play in the mechanism of the benefits we reap from physical activity? And might this be particularly true for benefits related to brain health?
